J.A. Henckels International Eversharp Pro 7pc Block Set

I could not e happier with my purchase of the J.A. Henckels International Eversharp Pro 7pc Block Set. I had been looking for a decent block knife set for a few months before I came across this set. Nothing really caught my eye that was within my price range, until the Henckels knives.

No matter what other kitchen knife sets I looked at, none of them ever seemed to compare to the Henckels knives so I kept going back. Originally I started looking at the 11 piece Henckels knives but after a lot of thought, I decided I really didn’t need that many knives since I only cook for my husband and myself. So the smallest set I was willing to go for was the 7 piece set.

The J.A. Henckels International Eversharp Pro 7pc Block Set comes with every knife I will ever need! An 8 inch bread knife, 7 inch Santoku knife, 8 inch Chef’s knife, 5 inch boning knife, 5 inch tomato knife and a 3 in paring knife, but let me not forget to mention the stylish block to hold these kitchen beauties!

When using any of these Henckels knives I feel comfortable. The handles feel like they were custom made for my hand. They are very well balanced, sharp and sharp! Sharp enough for me to actually put them down if I need to answer the phone or talk to my husband. I am quite worried that I might cut myself if I take my eyes off of what I am doing. I am even extra careful when I am washing and drying my Henckels knives. So far I have not been cut so my extra precautions are paying off.

My Henckels knives are very well made and they were affordable. Especially when you consider how durable they are. I know these knives are going to be in my home for years and years to come. A great buy!
