J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 4-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Paring Knife

This was a gift from my husband for my birthday. He bought me several different Henckels knives, but the one I grab the most is the J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 4-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Paring Knife. It is the most versatile knife I own. I use it for most of my kitchen tasks.

It has been used for dicing, chopping, peeling and trimming. This knife is sharp, solid but not heavy. The blade is sturdy enough to not bend when you are using it yet it still slices fairly thinly. Almost every time I use one of my Henckels knives I am amazed all over again. These are great knives, especially the J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 4-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Paring Knife.

I use the paring knife the most because it is the perfect size for all jobs in the kitchen. It fits in my hand perfectly and gets the job done with ease. I love all of my Henckels knives but the J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 4-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Paring Knife is my baby!

Henckels knives have always been my preferred knives but the J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 4-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Paring Knife has raised the bar even higher, in my opinion. My Henckels knives will last me longer than my roof will, and that was replaced around the same time I got my paring knife! Now that’s quality and affordability if you ask me.

I don’t use my dishwasher to wash any of my Henckels knives, I prefer to hand wash and dry them. I suggest you do the same to ensure your knives last for a long time. I also do not put my Henckels knives in my silverware drawer, instead they are on a magnetic strip so no one (including myself) gets cut accidentally from them. You might want to do the same.
