J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 7-Piece Knife Block Set

I received my J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 7-Piece Knife Block Set as a wedding gift a year ago. I was really impressed with this set when I first got it because they are sharper than any other knives I have owned. Until I received the J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 7-Piece Knife Block Set I had never used Henckels knives before but I had heard a lot about them.

My Henckels knives set came with everything that I will ever need in my kitchen. It comes with a paring knife, sharpening steel, 2 ½ inch peeling knife, utility knife, chef’s knife, sheers and the block with 11 slots.

The knives are very nice looking with a stainless steel stamped blade. The blades maintain their sharpness like no other knives ever owned. They are honed by hand and ice hardened to ensure they last a long time. These Henckels knives are amazing, to say the least.

With the J.A. Henckels Twin Signature 7-Piece Knife Block Set you won’t have to worry about compromising the quality of knives you get because of the price. The Henckels knives are reasonably priced and extremely high quality.

I have not had to sharpen any of my Henckels knives yet, so I can not comment on how well they sharpen. But, for a year of use I must comment on how sharp they still are. Amazingly sharp. I don’t have to work hard at cutting my fresh veggies, everything cuts like a butter with a arm knife when you use Henckels knives.

I love my Henckels knives today, as much as I loved them the day I first use them. When I am in the kitchen I don’t dread cutting my veggies, peeling potatoes or trimming fat off my meats. Everything about the Henckels knives is great. I don’t think any kitchen is complete without them.
